(01)Challenge

Finance teams were reconciling cash positions from end-of-day bank exports and a maze of spreadsheets. By the time a report was ready, the numbers were already stale.

(02)Approach

    Built an event-driven ingestion service in Go that normalizes 40+ bank feeds into a single ledger model.

  2. 02

    Streamed balance changes to the browser over WebSockets, with virtualized grids handling 100k+ rows at 60fps.

  3. 03

    Shipped a token-based design system so product teams could add new views without new CSS.

(03)Outcome

Cash visibility moved from next-day to real-time. Month-end close dropped from five days to two, and the platform became the default morning tab for every finance user.
