Disconnected departments
Information trapped in separate systems.

(01)Context
Bimaline is a hospital information system (HIS) designed and developed by OverC to digitize, connect and streamline how hospitals run, from clinical work to administration and operations.
(02)The challenge
Every hospital department handles critical information, and each has its own processes and responsibilities. When those departments rely on separate systems and manual workflows, information gets stuck between them, slowing staff down and making coordination harder. The task was to bring the whole hospital into one scalable digital ecosystem.
Information trapped in separate systems.
Paperwork and re-entry slowing down daily operations.
Handoffs between teams depending on phone calls and memory.
Hospitals needed a foundation that could expand with them.

(04)Our approach
Treat the hospital as one ecosystem, not a set of separate tools, so departments share information through one system.
Simplify complex processes and remove unnecessary administrative work.
A flexible foundation that grows with each hospital's needs.
(05)What we built
Covering clinical, administrative and operational work.
Departments work from the same information instead of copying it between systems.

Processes that move between teams without paper handoffs.

The platform was adopted beyond a single hospital.

(07)Outcome
Bimaline grew from a single implementation into a platform used by multiple hospitals. It shows OverC's ability to architect and build large, interconnected enterprise systems for one of the most complex industries there is.
Names, ID numbers and account details in these screens are blurred.
Bimaline
32 subsystems. One connected hospital ecosystem.
